Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals Limited in Milton Keynes is expanding its Customer Service team and seeks a Hire Controller who can start conversations, build relationships and get things done.

You will manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, handle calls and emails, and look for upselling opportunities while delivering best-class service in a hands-on, operational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, ideally within equipment rental or field services.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email and website inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to maximise satisfaction.
• Identify upselling opportunities using product knowledge and service experience.
• Provide a best-class service and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer journey.
