Flourish in Leeds is seeking an entry-level Customer Success Executive to help customers get the most value from our AI-powered SaaS platform. You will build relationships, support onboarding, and become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.

This role offers full training, exposure to customer success and commercial growth, and clear progression into senior roles as you develop within a fast-growing, PE-backed tech company.

Formación

• Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships with customers.
• Experience with onboarding and configuring SaaS platforms is desirable but not required.
• A graduate with extracurricular achievements or leadership experience is considered.
• You may come from recruitment, retail, hospitality, or customer service and want a tech career.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Support customers during onboarding and implementation.
• Regularly engage with customers via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer goals and maximise value from the platform.
• Monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best outcomes.
• Manage and develop your own portfolio of customer accounts.
