Job summary

Flourish is seeking an Entry Level Sales Executive in Leeds to drive new business opportunities and help grow a rapidly expanding AI SaaS platform. No prior SaaS experience needed, but you should be motivated by targets and progression.

You’ll start by outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and setting up meetings, with a clear path to full-cycle sales as you grow. You will join a high-growth, PE-backed company investing in its future, with a collaborative Leeds office and ongoing training to

• Experience working towards targets, KPIs, goals or performance metrics in some capacity.
• Graduate with extracurricular achievements, sports or leadership responsibilities.
• Customer-facing role with performance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients.
• Reach out to decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Build relationships and understand client challenges.
• Book qualified meetings and create sales opportunities.
• Manage and develop a pipeline of prospects.
