Job summary

Apprentify in Leeds is hiring an Entry Level Customer Success Executive to help clients maximise value from our AI-driven SaaS platform. You’ll build relationships, onboard customers, and support their journey from day one.

The role offers a base salary of £28,000–£30,000 plus £16,000–£25,000 OTE, full training, and clear progression into more senior commercial roles as you develop within a PE-backed, award-winning tech business.

Qualifications

• No prior SaaS or Customer Success experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills encouraged.
• Ambition and a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Engage with customers via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Understand goals and maximise value from the platform.
• Monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve best outcomes.
• Manage and grow your own portfolio of accounts.
