Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is hiring a Customer Coordinator in the Brough area (HU14). This full-time, Monday to Friday role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while keeping processes organised in a busy UK-based team.

You will handle orders, inquiries and deliveries from start to finish, coordinate with warehouse and finance, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. The role includes on-site parking and clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers via phone, email and internal systems.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support customers with product information, availability and order updates.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Manage customer records and update internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Resolve queries professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure an excellent customer journey.
• Support the wider team during busy periods and help with continuous improvement.
