Speedy Hire is seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our on-site team at the Balfour office in Thurnscoe. You will act as the on-site liaison for customers, coordinating orders and maintaining accurate records.

This desk-based role involves taking orders, arranging delivery and collection, producing reports, and supporting contract-specific requirements while collaborating with stock teams, drivers and the contract team to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and arranging delivery and collection, producing reports, and handling contract-specific requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure equipment is available.
• Coordinating closely with stock teams, drivers, engineers and the contract team to deliver excellent service.
