Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator in Leigh to support day‑to‑day customer needs and build lasting relationships. You’ll handle inquiries, prepare quotes, advise on product availability, and liaise with UK and overseas suppliers.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with a 27,000 starting salary rising to 28,000 after 6 months. Benefits include 24 days holiday, free parking, staff discounts and regular social events in a friendly, family‑like environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Account Coordinator, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Account Management or a similar role
• Office-based experience and a confident, friendly telephone manner
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email
• A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership
• The ability to build rapport and develop positive customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Speaking with existing and lapsed customers and developing strong relationships
• Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to customers
• Preparing quotes and advising customers on product suitability and availability
• Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas to obtain pricing and product information
• Working with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues
• Keeping customer websites updated with the latest product range
