Jobwise is recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator near Leigh, offering a starting salary of £27,000, rising to £28,000 after 6 months. The role is permanent, full-time, with 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (25 including your birthday), free parking and a birthday off.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Account Coordinator, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales or Account Management.
• Office-based experience and a confident, friendly telephone manner.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with existing and lapsed customers and developing strong relationships.
• Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to customers.
• Preparing quotes and advising customers on product suitability and availability.
• Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas to obtain pricing and product information.
• Working with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues.
• Keeping customer websites updated with the latest product range.

What will you be doing as Customer Account Coordinator?

Working as part of a small and friendly team, you'll be helping customers with their day-to-day requirements while developing strong, long-term relationships.

It's a varied, fast-moving role where building genuine customer relationships is just as important as getting the job done.

What we're looking for Previous experience in a Customer Account Coordinator, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Account Management or a similar role Office-based experience and a confident, friendly telephone manner Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership The ability to build rapport and develop positive customer relationships
