Job summary

E3 Recruitment is assisting a well-established manufacturer in Shipley to recruit a Customer Account Coordinator for a temporary ongoing role. The position offers stability as the contract is expected to continue well into 2027, with a busy sales environment and opportunities to gain further experience.

Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries by telephone and email, preparing quotations and processing orders, managing correspondence, and performing general admin duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service or sales, ideally involving telephone and email communication.
• Excellent communication skills with good written and verbal English.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

What’s on offer to the Customer Account Coordinator

• £15.74 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Admin-Flexi working pattern Monday to Thursday core hours of 9:30am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-3:00pm
• Friday core hours of 9:30am-1:00pm, with an early finish once the 37.5 hours have been completed
