Job summary

Jobwise is recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator near Leigh, offering a starting salary of £27,000, rising to £28,000 after 6 months. The role is permanent, full-time, with 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (25 including your birthday), free parking and a birthday off.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Account Coordinator, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales or Account Management.
Office-based experience and a confident, friendly telephone manner.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

Speaking with existing and lapsed customers and developing strong relationships.
Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to customers.
Preparing quotes and advising customers on product suitability and availability.
Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas to obtain pricing and product information.
Working with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues.
Keeping customer websites updated with the latest product range.
