Jobwise Ltd is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator near Leigh to help existing and new customers, build strong relationships, and support day-to-day requirements. The role involves handling inquiries, quoting products, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely information and service.

You will work in a small, friendly team with a family‑like culture, offering development opportunities and a supportive environment. Location is Leigh, permanent hours, with a structured day shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Account Coordinator, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Account Management or a similar role.
• Office-based experience with a confident, friendly telephone manner.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email.

Responsabilités

• Speaking with existing and lapsed customers and developing strong relationships.
• Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to customers.
• Preparing quotes and advising customers on product suitability and availability.
• Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas to obtain pricing and product information.
• Working with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Keeping customer websites updated with the latest product range.
