Job summary

DeterTech is seeking a Customer Solution Specialist in the UK to deliver a superior customer experience. You will conduct on-site and off-site surveys, assess customer needs, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Role requires strong communication, independence, and willingness to travel to customer locations. You will be the face of the company, ensuring high-quality surveys, quotations, and service delivery across the customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a field-based or on-site environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear commitment to excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working independently, managing time effectively, and travelling to customer locations.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess situations objectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site and off-site site surveys to assess requirements and identify solutions.
• Prepare and issue quotations after surveys and raise SmartWater quotations, ensuring accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and managing the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers and ARC teams to deliver solutions and provide feedback for improvement.
