Job summary

DeterTech is seeking a Customer Solution Specialist to deliver a superior customer experience. You will conduct on-site and off-site site surveys, assess incidents, and ensure solutions meet customer needs.

You will prepare quotations, manage orders, and coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver effective customer solutions. The role requires strong communication, independence, and willingness to travel to customer locations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site and off-site surveys for customers.
• Attend customer sites following incidents to evaluate measures and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and issue quotations following customer surveys and convert quotes into orders where possible.
• Raise SmartWater quotations and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Ensure pricing, orders and customer details are processed per procedures.
• Support field-based sales and Operations by coordinating customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during establishment of Customer Solutions.
• Build trust and rapport through clear communication and ownership of issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers and ARC teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain records of site visits and customer interactions.
• Identify recurring issues or opportunities and share insights.
