Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited in Leeds seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist to deliver top-tier customer experiences. You will conduct site surveys, assess incidents, and develop fit-for-purpose solutions, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Reporting to the Customer Success department, you’ll issue quotations, maintain client relationships, and support service delivery while travelling to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a field-based or on-site environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear commitment to excellent customer service.
• Comfortable travelling to customer locations and managing time independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site and off-site surveys for customers, assessing requirements and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Attend customer sites following break-ins or incidents to evaluate existing measures and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and issue quotations following customer surveys, converting quotes into orders where possible.
• Raise SmartWater quotations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate customer requirements with field-based sales colleagues and Operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the establishment of Customer Solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers and ARC teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits and customer interactions.
