Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in North London (Luton Area) to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will conduct thorough site surveys and post-incident assessments to understand needs and ensure solutions fit customer requirements.

You will engage with internal teams to maintain service quality, manage customer relations, and support quotes and orders while traveling to client locations as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in field-based or on-site settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and off-site site surveys to assess requirements and identify solutions.
• Prepare quotations from surveys and convert quotes to orders where possible.
• Act as primary contact for customers, building trust and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers and ARC teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain records of site visits and identify improvement opportunities.
