Job summary

Busch Group UK is seeking a technically capable team member to identify customer solutions and prepare comprehensive proposals. You will work with marketing and external sales to qualify leads and direct opportunities, aiming to maximise sales coverage.

The role requires a solutions mindset, technical/commercial acumen, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships while driving growth for the Busch Group.

Qualifications

• Qualified with either an Engineering/Business Degree or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen; solutions mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions and generate comprehensive proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Explore and manage/direct sales leads qualified by Marketing team.
• Create, update and close opportunities on CRM based on order status.
• Pro-actively follow up solutions proposals daily.
• Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
• Handle incoming calls related to Customer Solutions Team with technical/commercial support.
• Ensure on-time delivery targets for products.
• Suggest improvements to processes and adapt to changes.
• Develop relationships within the Busch Group and maintain quote/order visibility.
