Job summary

A leading service provider in the UK is seeking a Customer Services Officer to provide high-quality services and resolve customer inquiries. The role requires a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Ideally, candidates will have customer service experience, excellent IT skills, and the capability to manage pressure. This is a permanent position based in Chorley & South Ribble, with a salary of £27,694 - £29,064 and requires a DBS check.

  • You’ll understand how technology and digital services can help provide excellent customer service as well as excellent IT skills.
  • You’ll also be able to communicate effectively, work under pressure and respond flexibly.
Additional information

This role requires a DBS check.
