Job summary

Government of The United Kingdom is offering a Customer Services Level 2 Apprenticeship alongside day-to-day duties in a busy contact centre and reception at Kirkleatham Street and Seafield House in Redcar.

You will handle calls and face-to-face enquiries, attend Redcar and Cleveland College one day per fortnight, and build a portfolio of evidence for an end point assessment to showcase your knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must not have already achieved the same or similar qualification.
• Must not have worked in a customer facing or call centre environment for a significant period previously.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from a wide range of people in a busy contact centre environment.
• Cover a busy reception desk, dealing with people face-to-face.
• Attend Redcar and Cleveland College one day per fortnight as part of the apprenticeship.
• Deliver customer service excellence to residents of Redcar and Cleveland.
