Job summary

Islington Council is offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship through the Access Islington team. This 18-month programme combines paid work in hubs and a call centre with studying for a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship.

You will gain hands-on experience while completing your Level 2 qualification. Applicants must be aged 16 or above and reside in Islington or be a care leaver or school leaver from Islington.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and in person
• Assist with data collection
• Record resident applications, actions and decisions on our IT systems. Training will be provided
• Use various software to carry duties including Word, Excel and our internal systems as necessary. Training will be provided.
