VWFS UK is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to support customers through their finance lifecycle, from application to end-of-contract. You will respond to enquiries by phone and email, update customer data, and liaise with other VWFS departments to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to FCA regulations, and a proactive approach to delivering excellent service within defined procedures and deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
