Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers through the lifecycle of finance agreements, handling enquiries by phone and email with accuracy and care.

You’ll work across multiple teams, applying FCA knowledge and ensuring compliance while delivering excellent service that reinforces customer loyalty and trust in the VWFS brand.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency.
• Adaptable approach switching between teams and processes.
• Commitment to continual learning and development.
• PC literate with good written and spoken communication.
• Understanding of Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and handle customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with other departments within VWFS.
• Adhere to FCA regulations and ensure role competence.
• Process end-of-contract options and update systems accurately.
• Take ownership within approved authority levels and escalate as needed.
• Assist across different processes as required.
• Provide proactive customer service with product knowledge.
