• Maintain liaison with other VWFS departments.
• Understand FCA regulations relevant to the role.
• Handle admin tasks like validating documentation and contract changes.
• Update systems with account activity details.
• Work within set authority levels and escalate when needed.
• Switch between processes as required.
• Provide proactive customer service with product knowledge.
