Zusammenfassung

VWFS UK is seeking a customer service professional to support our Retail Finance and Aftersales products. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, manage customer data with care, and liaise with VWFS departments ensuring FCA compliance while guiding customers through end-of-contract options.

You will be expected to maintain high standards of accuracy, adapt to changing processes, and deliver proactive service to support customer loyalty and the VWFS promise.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or contact centre is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to handle enquiries with speed and accuracy.
• Understanding of data protection and consumer credit basics is desirable.
• Proactive and able to switch between processes.

Aufgaben

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and update customer data with accuracy.
• Coordinate with other VWFS departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of FCA regulations relevant to the role.
• Manage end-of-contract options and changes to customer agreements.
• Log account activity accurately in systems.
• Work within authority levels and escalate when required.
• Adapt to different processes as needed.
• Provide proactive customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
