Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter/handle customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with other VWFS departments to support the customer journey.
• Update systems with account activity details accurately.
• Work within authority levels and escalate when needed.
• Provide proactive customer service with product knowledge.
