VWFS UK is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to support our UK retail finance and aftersales customers. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, manage customer data with accuracy, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service throughout the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Work within approved authority levels and escalate as needed.
• Switch between processes as required.
