Love all things motoring and cycling? Great with customers?

Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, along with your customer service skills, will help you succeed in this role. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair, even as a hobby. We provide training to develop your skills, ensuring you deliver excellent service.

In this role, you'll work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, providing services such as car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. We will help you enhance your problem-solving skills and work efficiently. Retail experience is preferred, but if you have customer-focused sales experience, we can support your development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service, preferably in retail
  • A proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Availability to work on a rota, including weekends

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair
  • Experience working towards sales targets
