Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for calls and visitors.
• Franking post.
• Process proforma payments over the phone.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department on customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse on orders and deliveries.
• File customer orders and shipping info.
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries.
• Follow up on potential business inquiries.
• Record information in CRM.
• Make keeping-in-touch calls to customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations and price lists for sales.
• Complete end-of-day procedures like invoicing and reporting.
• Support the Customer Service Manager.
