What You'll Do:

1. Deliver outstanding customer service by providing clear information, advice, and support.
2. Manage front-desk responsibilities including answering calls, handling mail, logging repairs, and processing payments.
3. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on-site as a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal, including conducting regular building checks.
4. Support residents, service users, and the public by listening, resolving concerns, and managing complaints with care and professionalism.
