Job summary

Solina in Winsford, United Kingdom, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operative to join Finished Goods. You will handle picking of raw materials, packing and despatching finished goods, and maintain stock control to KPI standards.

Ideal candidates are dependable, work well under pressure, communicate clearly, and have basic experience with Sage or ERP systems; knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office is a plus. Training will be provided.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
• Reliable with accurate stock handling and timekeeping.

We are looking to appoint a full time warehouse operative to work in Finished Goods at Winford.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Accurate picking of raw materials for manufacture
• Picking, loading and despatching of finished goods
• Maintaining full and accurate stock rotation and management system
• Ensure high level of stock keeping accuracy to achieve KPI
• Help ensure the safe and efficient running of the warehouse
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

The ideal candidate will

• work well under pressure.
• have good written and verbal communication.
• knowledge of Sage and Microsoft office
• Motivated with a passion for delivering great service
• Experience in FMCG or Food industry would be beneficial to your application, but not essential.
• Experience of Sage or other ERP systems would be useful but training will be given
• FLT Counterbalance/Reach current licenses are desired
• Good timekeeping
