Job summary

Solina is recruiting a full-time Sales Order Processor in Winsford. You will work with the Sales Supply & Distribution team, warehouse colleagues and customers to ensure accurate sales orders and smooth export procedures. You will handle inquiries, monitor stock, and resolve issues with a proactive approach.

The role requires excellent customer service, clear communication, and attention to detail. Training is provided for Sage/ERP systems, with opportunities to grow within an international

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Sage or ERP systems is advantageous, training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with FG Warehouse and Goods-In Warehouse following company policies.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of all sales orders in Sage 200.
• Understand export procedures and liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Handle queries and check stock levels.
• Identify and resolve problems; follow through to completion.
• Be aware of external factors affecting the business and their implications.

Essential Cuisine are looking to recruit a full time Sales Order Processor to join their busy team. The SOP member will report to the Sales Supply & Distribution Manager and work closely with sales and operational teams, warehouse and customers directly.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with FG Warehouse and Goods-In Warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all sales orders within Sage 200.
• Knowledge and understanding of export procedures
• Liaising with customers and suppliers, handling queries
• Checking stock levels
• Able to anticipate/identify problems and owning them through to conclusion
• Has a wider knowledge of the external factors affecting the business and their implications.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience of Sage or other ERP systems would be an advantage but training will be given
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confident in speaking to customers on the telephone.
• The ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• A flexible approach to work
• The ability to solve problems.

Hours:

40 hrs /per week, 8.30-4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8-4pm Fridays
