Job summary

Solina Coatings UK Ltd in Biggleswade is seeking a highly organised Commercial & Sales Administration Coordinator to support our UK and European commercial teams. You will help manage customer projects from concept through to launch, coordinate commercial activities, and keep timelines and communications on track.

You will work closely with Sales, NPD, Technical, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver successful projects for UK and European customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, commercial support, customer service, or project coordination.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and teamwork.
