Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to supervise the customer service team, deliver a first-class service to external and internal customers, and support operational objectives within the depots.

You will work with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and District Nurses to meet client requirements, while ensuring timely communication and efficient database entry in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 year in a Public, Healthcare or serviced based industry role.
• Comprehensive knowledge and usage of all MS Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day distribution of work and supervise the customer service team to ensure a first-class service.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimise delays technicians experience at depots and increase delivery time.
• Investigate non-compliances and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with local Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and District Nurses regarding technical, product and client requirements.
• Follow all Medequip customer service procedures and utilise IT for fast, accurate data entry.
