Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Swedish or Norwegian Speaking Wholesale Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor who can work on a hybrid basis for their client based in Nottingham City Centre. Office based in Nottingham 2 days a week, remote 3 days a week.

This full-time role offers £26,000 per year plus attractive company benefits and the flexibility to work from home.

• Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Office based in Nottingham 2 days a week, remote 3 days a week.

As a Swedish or Norwegian Speaking Account Coordinator / Wholesale Coordinator it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the Swedish or Norweigan speaking region and covering the Swedish or Norwegian speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:
