Advancing People Multilingual Ltd, recruitment specialists, are seeking a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Wholesale Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor for a hybrid role in Nottingham City Centre.

The position is office-based two days a week with remote work three days, handling orders, inquiries and account care across Nordic markets via phone, live chat and email. Impeccable language skills and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian.
• Strong customer focus and professional approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing relationships with clients: Retailers/Online Retailers.
• Deliver high quality customer service.
• Assist with new customer inquiries.
• Process orders received via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet.
• Be proactive in customer retention.
