Job summary

Advancing People Multilingual Ltd is recruiting for a German-speaking Wholesale Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor to join a Nottingham-based client on a hybrid basis. The office is Nottingham city centre with two days on site and three days remote.

You will support retailers across German-speaking markets via phone, live chat and email, delivering prompt and professional customer service. Fluency in German is essential and a proactive attitude is required.

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking Wholesale Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor who can work on a hybrid basis for their client based in Nottingham City Centre.

Office based in Nottingham 2 days a week, remote 3 days a week.

As a German Speaking Account Coordinator / Wholesale Coordinator it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the German speaking region and covering the German speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
