Responsibilities

• Ensure team comply with legal standards and company procedures.
• Ensure team are trained in cash handling to minimise losses.
• Control debt and recover overdue or failed payments from customers.
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll records.
• Engage with customers to prevent or resolve issues and improve service.
• Liaise with other department supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
• Manage a team of customer-focused colleagues across reception and checkout.
