Job Title: Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support and develop your team, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.

• You are passionate about supporting and developing your team, maintaining high standards.
• You have experience in shift planning and management, and enjoy coaching on the go.
• You understand managing labor and rotas, and are aware of restaurant financials.
