Job summary

Biffa Group in Aylesbury is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy contact centre. You will help customers with queries and provide timely resolutions while delivering excellent service.

This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 contracted hours per week, based at our Aylesbury office, with shifts 7.45am–5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am–1pm Saturdays on a rota basis. Induction and progression opportunities are provided.

A great opportunity to join our amazing customer services team in the waste and recycling industry.

• Customer Service Representative
• £25,174 per year
• Aylesbury (Office Based)
• Permanent / Full time - 37.5 Contracted hours per week
• Shifts between the hours of 7.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm Saturdays (on a rota basis)

Working in our customer service contact centre, you will be joining a dedicated, passionate, fun and energetic team, helping customers with queries and most importantly offering them resolutions whilst delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful, but is not essential, as we will provide a comprehensive 4-week induction plan to support you.
