Job summary

You will greet customers, manage admin tasks and keep customers updated with progress.

The role requires an organised, proactive individual with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to plan and coordinate workload and priorities.
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival in a professional manner.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work and repairs.
• Create and process job cards and check for existing work in progress.
• Check account details, available credit and obtain authorisation.
• Provide timely updates to customers and agree timescales for unscheduled work.
