Job summary

Scania Fareham is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to front-line customer interactions and coordinate servicing, repairs and invoicing for work carried out. You will build relationships with customers, manage administrative tasks, and keep clients informed throughout the service process.

• Provide timely updates to customers.
• Agree timescales for unscheduled work and follow through to completion.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Fareham. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date. You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work.

Key Responsibilities:
