Scania Nederland B.V. in Fareham is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to front-line customer interactions, coordinating servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out. The role requires an organised, proactive individual with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks in a busy workshop environment.
