Job summary

Scania Fareham is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to front-line customer interactions and coordinate servicing, repairs and invoicing for work carried out. You will build relationships with customers, manage administrative tasks, and keep clients informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line roles.
• Ability to plan and coordinate work efficiently.
• Strong administrative skills including invoicing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage day to day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work.
• Create and process job cards, checking for existing work in progress.
• Check account details, available credit and obtain relevant authorisation.
• Provide timely updates to customers.
• Agree timescales for unscheduled work and follow through to completion.
