Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally on arrival.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work.
• Create and process job cards; check for in-progress work.
• Check account details and obtain necessary authorisation.
• Provide timely updates to customers and agree timescales for unscheduled work.
