Job summary

First Base Employment is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Advisor for the Nr Stroud area. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with flexibility during peak seasons.

You will handle calls, emails and webchat, process orders and assist with dispatch, provide product advice, maintain product knowledge and deliver excellent service to drive satisfaction and repeat business. On-site parking, pension contributions and staff discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills for processing orders and managing systems.
• Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and webchat; provide accurate information.
• Process orders and assist with dispatch using courier/e-commerce platforms.
• Provide product advice and help customers select options.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to support enquiries.
• Deliver high level of customer service for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support sales by guiding customers through purchasing.
