Customer Service & Sales Representative

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week over 5 days (Alternate Saturdays)

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience

Location: Southall

Are you looking for a new challenge in Customer Services? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join a fantastic accommodation franchise. You will bring your skills and experience to provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors entering the residence.

About the Role:

1. Leasing & Administration:

• Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Manage customer expectations effectively.
• Assist with check-in and check-out reports, property inductions, and inventories for apartments.
• Arrange utility registrations and council tax communications post-move-in.
• Conduct viewings for prospective tenants, record feedback, and send follow-up emails.
• Support branded marketing campaigns.
• Assist with deposit protection schemes and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Help with rent collection and deposit management.
• Utilize property management systems (Yardi) for transactions and tenant information, including contracts.
• Guide applications through tenancy processes, including background and credit checks.

Customer Service & Building Representation:

1. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable.
2. Represent the brand by delivering exceptional service to tenants, contractors, and visitors.
3. Communicate effectively and courteously in person, over the phone, and in writing.
4. Seek ways to exceed service expectations.
5. Address issues and service requests within 24 hours.
6. Promote a community atmosphere and contribute to events.
7. Assist the General Manager with resolving customer complaints.
8. Ensure compliance with fire safety and health standards.
9. Conduct scheduled flat inspections and record findings.
10. Assist with reactive maintenance and defect management.
