Inside Sales Representative (ISR) UK, Ireland, Nordics & Southern Europe

Role Overview: Fluency in Spanish and Italian is required for this position.

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will support customer acquisition and revenue growth across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Southern Europe by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing leads remotely.

This fully remote role requires fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.

The ISR will work closely with sales and marketing teams to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, identify business opportunities, and support the sales pipeline to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with prospective customers via phone, email, video conferencing, and online platforms to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  2. Manage and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, website activity, and referrals, aiming to convert these into active engagements.
  3. Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and develop new business opportunities within the target regions.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  5. Schedule and deliver remote product demonstrations in Italian, Spanish, and English as required.
  6. Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize conversion rates.
  7. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity relevant to the target regions.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  10. Manage software maintenance quoting via channel partners systematically, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with internal processes.
Key Requirements
  1. Proven experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar roles, preferably within software and technology sectors.
  2. Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and Spanish, with strong business communication skills in English.
  3. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in remote or office environments.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to build rapport quickly online or over the phone.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience using CRM systems.
  6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently remotely.
  7. Ability to adapt to different markets and cultures across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Southern Europe.
  8. Knowledge of data center, IT, or SaaS markets is advantageous but not essential.
