Customer Care Role

This role is vital to our success. You'll be the link between Customers, Drivers, and Dry Cleaning Partners, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a consistently excellent experience. The position includes a two-week training in London, with travel and accommodation provided.

Requirements
  • Minimum two years of customer care experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organized, punctual, reliable, and supportive team player
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Honest and professional
  • Willing to work hard, including weekends when needed
  • Comfortable handling 50+ calls daily
  • Skilled in addressing issues and customer complaints
