Job summary

Tesco One Stop is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join a fast-paced retail team where no day is the same. You will help run the store day-to-day, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and keeping the shop looking inviting.

You’ll engage with customers, encourage feedback, and work across all areas of the store to meet shopping needs while staying safe and following our policies, including Think 25 for age-restricted products.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to stock shelves and manage replenishment efficiently.
• Experience processing payments at tills and handling cash.

Responsibilities
