One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will be at the heart of our store operations, delivering excellent service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain a welcoming shop floor.

You’ll work across tills, replenishment and store areas, taking part in coaching and feedback to improve service and ensuring the store is safe, clean and inviting for customers and colleagues alike.

Formación

• Customer-focused service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves and manage product displays.
• Process payments at tills and handle transactions accurately.
• Help maintain store appearance and tidiness throughout shifts.
• Support across store areas including online orders, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow safety procedures and clock in/out accurately.
