One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will play a key role in day-to-day store operations, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be involved in coaching and feedback to improve service, while ensuring safety and compliance with store policies. Opportunities to participate in seasonal and community events are available.

Responsabilités

• Know my customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
• Actively encourage customers to give feedback on their shopping trip through completing the have your say survey.
• Work across all areas of the store including online, the tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines to ensure tasks are completed to meet the needs of our customers.
• Practice the training I have received to ensure we work safely and to policy.
• Support seasonal, community and charity events, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in coaching and feedback to improve service in-store.
• In absence of my Shift Leader or Store Manager, may run the shift.
• Follow Think 25 policy when serving age restricted products.
• Respond quickly to assistance calls or interventions on self-service checkouts, explaining actions to customers.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and organised, with aisles clear of congestion.
